Supporters of the HS MCC

1. Members of the Advisory Board

We are very thankful to the members of the advisory board who all agreed to support the HS MCC by participating in the advisory board on personal title. The trust of these distinguished persons in the field of labour law in our daring endeavour the HS MCC is means a great deal to us. Thank you Takashi Araki, Gerrard Boot, Guy Davidov, Teun Jaspers, Claire Kilpatrick, Tonia Novitz, Lukasz Pisarczyk, Mia Rönnmar, Isabelle Schömann, Jean-Michel Servais, and Manfred Weiss.

2. Members of the Case Committee(s)

Without the voluntary participation and efforts of the members of the case committee(s) it would not be possible to have a HS MCC. We are therefore very grateful that these already very busy and well respected experts dedicate a significant part of their spare time outside office hours to the drafting of a challenging, balanced and as realistic as possible case.

2016 Case Committee

Monika Domańska, judicial-assistant Supreme Court and lecturer at the Polish Academy of Science
Grzegorz Ruszczyk, partner at law firm Raczkowski Paruch
Monika Smusz-Kulesza, judge in the Regional Labour Court in Sieradz and lecturer at the University of Łódź

3. Other supporters of the HS MCC

An international moot court competition cannot exist without the financial support of the travel and accommodation expenses. We therefore warmly acknowledge support provided by many different (local) organisations. Extra acknowledgement goes to the Hugo Sinzheimer Institute of the University of Amsterdam which generously offered to host the first event and sponsor all the local costs for the organisation thereof.
