To organise the HS MCC three bodies are established: the organising committee; the case committee; and the advisory board. Furthermore, the Statute determines the tasks of the three organising bodies, provides some information about the financial aspects of the HS MCC, who the initially participating countries are and what will be undertaken to promote the HS MCC.
