Rules of the HS MCC

Since the HS MCC aims to create cases that reflect the reality as good as possible in a field of law where there exists no common international judicial body, the statute also explains the structure of the HS MCC cases and the principles they are based on. The statute also determines who is eligible to participate and how the participating teams are selected. Furthermore, the statute holds rules about the written documents participating teams have to submit, the oral pleadings, how they are to be scored, which awards can be won and some rules on dispute settlement. Annexed to the statute is a scheme of the organisational procedure of the HS MCC.
