The start-up programme of the Amsterdam Law Hub had previously received fifteen enthusiastic start-up ideas. Eight start-ups pitched their idea in front of a jury at the Law Hub last week. Of these, five start-ups have been selected for the coaching programme. They also receive 2500 euro in start-up capital. The Challenge was in collaboration with partners ARAG and NautaDulith and focused on Legal Tech and Sustainability.

1. YourLegals: smart online tools for individuals all over the world to make the immigration process to the Netherlands more transparent and simplified (designated as the winner by partner ARAG).

2. Double I: an AI-based platform that detects and resolves copyright infringement for designers and others, starting from China and the Netherlands (designated as the winner by partner ARAG).

3. Act for Change: a platform where you can earn points by performing actions that benefit the environment. With these points you can then 'buy' sustainable items (designated as the winner by partner NautaDutilh).

4. Fusion: a clothing company that offers status holders a better future by offering them work as clothing makers and designers so that they can integrate into society. At the same time, it allows conscious consumers to buy sustainable, Amsterdam-made clothing (designated as the winner by partner IXA).

5. Paitent: An AI-based tool to better assess the conditions and requirements of patenting (designated as the winner by the Law Hub itself).
