Ingo Venzke has been invited to give a key-note lecture at the Expert Conference of the Council of Europe. At the Conference, representatives of Council of Europe Member States will meet with judges of the European Court of Human Rights and legal experts.
As part of its Chairmanship of the Council of Europe, Denmark is hosting a High-Level Expert Conference in Kokkedal near Copenhagen, on 22 - 24 November 2017, entitled: “2019 and Beyond – Taking Stock and Moving Forward from the Interlaken Process.”
At the Conference, representatives of Council of Europe Member States will meet with judges of the European Court of Human Rights and officials from Secretariat of the Council of Europe, national parliamentarians and judges, and legal experts from civil society to address both the immediate problems facing the Convention system and develop ideas for the long-term future.
Ingo Venzke has been invited to build on his work, together with Armin von Bogdandy, on the authority of international courts to deliver a keynote lecture on “Political Dialogue as Positive Strategy: Enhancing Communication and Participation”.
