The Fair Work and Equality Law Clinic provides legal advice to a variety of organizations on discrete questions of labour law and equality law.
The Clinic generally requires fees for service, depending on the complexity of the case, costs are relatively low. In cases where the clients are of little means we can waive the fee.
Top students in their final years of study at the University of Amsterdam Faculty of Law carry out research at the Clinic. They are selected on the basis of superior academic performance and closely supervised by members of the faculty from the Departments of Public International Law, European Law, as well as the Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Labour Studies, AIAS-HSI.
The Clinic operates during the academic year, from September through August and in most cases is able to provide advice on short notice.
